Do I need to be in when you visit?
You don’t! As long as we have access to the windows we need to clean, then you do not need to be at your property. A lot of our customers trust us to do this and it makes it easy to fit in cleaning alongside your busy schedule.
How does cleaning work without soaps?
Using pure water allows us to easily clean your windows without needing detergents or soaps. As the water contains no impurities, all dirt and dust will be easily washed away. On top of this, our specialist equipment allows us to access hard to reach areas and clean any surfaces to the highest of standards.
Can you clean my conservatory?
Of course we can. Using long poles and specialist equipment makes it easy for us to access any area, including a conservatory. You can find out more about this here.
If I'm not available, can I change my appointment?
Simply get in contact with us and we will work with you to find another time that works. We always try to be flexible and ensure that if you aren’t available for your time, that another one is available.
Are you flexible with your times?
We are always flexible and will work with you to ensure we can attend your location at a time suitable for you. We work at different times throughout the week and cover the whole of Reading.
Additionally, we can offer regular appointments if this is something you require. This ensures that your windows are sparkling clean all year around.
What are the average costs?
The price it costs for window cleaning will depend on the size of the building as well as the windows or glass being cleaned. We are always on hand to offer guidance and will provide a quote that suits your budget and needs.
